Employer Nominated Scheme (ENS)
The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) enables employers to sponsor highly skilled individuals to fill vacancies in their business. Skilled individuals can be recruited either from overseas, or from people temporarily residing in Australia.
The company and the position on offer must be approved by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and the individual must meet the eligibility, health and character requirements.
Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc is able to sponsor eligible individuals for permanent residency of Australia under the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS).
Individuals who are eligible for ENS may in certain circumstances also be entitled to salary packaging which includes LAFHA.
