The employer must be an approved Standard Business Sponsorship or hold a Labour Agreement by the Department of Home Affairs. Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc are an approved sponsor.\n\t<h4>\n\t\tI have a candidate that is currently on a 457 visa but as a business we are not able to sponsor, can Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc assist with this?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tYes, Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc can take over the nomination and employment of existing 457 visa holders for supply and on-hire back to you the end user company.\n\t<h4>\n\t\tHow long is a 482 Visa valid for?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tThis depends on what list the occupation falls under, if on the short-term skilled occupation list (STSOL) &#8211; the visa validity is a maximum of 2 years (option for one further on-shore renewal, for a further two years)\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tIf on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL), the visa can have a maximum validity of 4 years&#8217;. \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t*Both visa options will be granted dependent of contract length.\n\t<h4>\n\t\tWe have a candidate we would like to engage who does NOT currently hold a TSS Visa, the Company is unable to sponsor directly can Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc help?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tYes, Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc is able to sponsor eligible individuals under our Labour Agreement and on-hire their services back to you the end user company.\n\t<h4>\n\t\tWho would the employer be?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tGeoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc will be the employer.\n\t<h4>\n\t\tCan you assess eligibility before we offer the job to the candidate?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tYes, our Migration team can assess eligibility prior to you offering the job role and can also make contact with the candidate that you are interviewing to explain the application process.\n\t<h4>\n\t\tWhat requirements do we need to be aware of for the candidate to be eligible for a 482 Visa through Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\tYou must offer a full time\/permanent job or a contract role in excess of 6 months<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\tThe occupation must be listed on our Labour Agreement and be on the current sponsored occupation listing the candidate falls within<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\tThe candidate must have over 5 years&#8217; experience or a relevant degree with 2 years&#8217; experience<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\tThe salary offered needs to be a minimum of $ 80,000 inclusive of Superannuation, but also meet the Market Salary levels for the sponsored occupation<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\tMust meet any caveats listed by the Department of Home Affairs<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\t\tMust meet the Labour Market Testing in place at time of lodgement<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<h4>\n\t\tHow long does it take to secure a 482 Visa?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tThis is subject to the Department of Home Affairs processing times\n\t<h4>\n\t\tHow can I contact Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tYou can contact our Migration Team on <a href=\"mailto:migration@geoffreynathan.com\">migration@geoffreynathan.com<\/a> or <a href=\"tel:0280228000\">02 8022 8000<\/a>.
