I have a candidate I would like to offer a position to but they do not have long term work rights can you help?

Who would be the candidate’s employer?
Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc would become the employer; we would on hire the candidate to your business to perform the services you require.
Would I have any obligations to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection?
No, Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc would be your candidates sponsor and would hold all the obligations.
My candidate eligible for a 457 visa?
457 visa and ENS eligibility requirements are similar
- Candidate must have a full time/permanent job offer or a contract in excess of 6 months
- Candidates occupation must be listed on our Labour Agreement
- Candidate must have over 5 years experience or a relevant degree
- Candidates salary must be a minimum of $75,000 plus superannuation
What costs are involved for my business?
There is a client charge which is invoiced at the same time as the salary and is based on the candidate’s salary plus superannuation. This client charge covers employer associated costs such as payroll tax, workers compensation, professional indemnity and public liability insurances.
How long does it take for a candidate to be able to work for me?
This is subject to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection processing times.
