What Visa options are available through Geoffrey Nathan?
Geoffrey Nathan are able to offer two visa options to extend an eligible candidate’s ability to work in Australia.
- The Temporary Business Sponsorship (457 Visa); and
- The Employer Nominated Permanent Residency Visa.
I have a job offer but the company is unable to sponsor me, can you help?
Yes, we are able to sponsor eligible candidates under our labour agreement for 457 Temporary business sponsorship or Employer Nominated Permanent Residency.
What are the requirements for GN visas?

Do I have to be on a 457 Visa for 2 years to apply for ENS?
No, that is just one option to be able to apply for Permanent Residency. Candidates can be apply for ENS whilst on a student, working holiday or 457 visa dependent on an appropriate job offer.
Who would become my employer?
For both 457 and ENS Visa’s Geoffrey Nathan is the sponsor and employer and on-hire the candidate to work directly for a client.
What happens if I am on a 457 and I lose my job?
If you lose your job, one of the benefits of Geoffrey Nathan holding your visa is that you are able to change end users without needing to apply for a whole new sponsor.
What happens if I am on a Employer Nominated Permanent Residency Visa and I lose my job?
Again , with ENS if you lose your job, one of the benefits of Geoffrey Nathan is that you are able to change end users without needing to apply for a whole new sponsor.
